Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number and discuss your specific return needs.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or accessory is unused and securely packed in its original MCM House packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your residence, or provide instructions for smaller decor drop-offs.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit, excluding original delivery fees.
